Non-Urgent Help is for questions, follow-ups, or minor concerns and is available anytime. Submit your pet’s details and I’ll respond within 24 hours.

Before the Vet is not a substitute for in-person emergency care. If your pet is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, contact your nearest veterinary emergency clinic immediately. We provide guidance for cats and dogs, we do not help with reptiles, exotics or pocket pets.
